Yohandra Grillo, LAMFT
Founder & President
Yohandra Grillo founded Open Roads Services, LLC in 2016 and Open Roads Community Center in 2021. She came to the United States from Cuba in 1983 as a teenager and the process of acculturation helped her to quickly recognize the importance of helping minority families. As a mental health provider, she has proven to possess the ability to identify individuals’ needs and feelings, validate individuals’ abilities to learn new coping skills, and provide problem-solving methods to increase safety factors. Her dedication to the fields of counseling and social services has been proven over the years. Ms. Grillo is a New Jersey Marriage and Family Therapist and has experience working as a Crisis Mobile Response Case Manager, Intensive in Community Counselor, and Adjunct Professor at Kean University. In addition, she has over 20 years of experience in different managerial positions helping clients and their families to overcome challenges related to extreme poverty, chronic homelessness, behavioral issues, and cognitive disorders
Stephanie Williams, LPC
Clinical Director
Stephanie Williams has been the Clinical Director of Open Roads Services, LLC since 2016 and has now joined the ORCC team. Currently, Stephanie is a Mental Health Clinician with the Interim Management Entity through Rutgers University Behavioral Health Care (RUBHC). Prior to that, she held positions including Program Coordinator of the Middlesex County Children’s Mobile Response and Stabilization Services and Mental Health Clinician with the NJ Suicide Prevention Hopeline, Acute Psychiatric Services, and Regional Response Unit through RUBHC. Stephanie also served as Program Director for an emergency family shelter and supportive housing program through Volunteers of America Delaware Valley. Stephanie has been a Licensed Professional Counselor since 2012. She also holds her Approved Clinical Supervisor certificate to conduct clinical supervision and is a certified Mental Health Screener. Stephanie graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, and a Master of Clinical and Counseling Psychology from William Paterson University. Stephanie’s true passion is in guiding others to live simpler lives through organization and inspiring self-expression through creativity.

Brandden joined the ORS counseling team in 2016 and has now joined ORCC. Brandden has demonstrated his passion for working with families in our community by working as a tutor, mentor and behavior assistant. He has always excelled at working from a strength-based perspective and engaged with families in a culturally competent manner. Brandden is an enthusiastic team player and a great asset to the center.
