She comes from a long line of spiritual leaders ranging from Cuba, the United States and Nigeria. Throughout all her personal experiences, Chief Fasoore Osunlaanu Fakayode has found a great need for communities to come together to help each other heal from cultural bond syndromes which include spiritual bondages. More than a religion, Ifa is a way of life that helps us to understand how to we can connect with specific aspects of nature itself. IFA is mainly based on the belief that the natural elements of the world are within us physically and spiritually. Although there are many versions of the true origin of IFA, it is currently practiced by the Yoruba people of southwestern Nigeria and West Africa. it is practiced in Nigeria, United States, Caribbean and many countries worldwide.
