MENTAL HEALTH PROGRAM
ORCC offers Intensive in Community Services through its independent contractor Open Roads Services, LLC (ORS). ORS is a New Jersey Medicaid Approved Provider within the Division of Children’s System of Care (CSOC). The mission of this agency is to strengthen the families in our community by working with children/ adolescents/young adults ages 3-21 to maintain a healthy home environment. Clinicians are committed to help individuals and families from diverse backgrounds to become strong thriving individuals. Families are matched with clinicians and behavioral assistants to best meet the family’s needs and individualized goals.

Domestic Violence
Gender Identity Oppositional/Defiant
Self-Harming Behaviors
Social Emotional Learning
Homicidal Ideation
ADHD, Bullying, Eating Disorders, LGBTQ+, Physical/Verbal Aggression, Sexual Abuse, Substance Abuse, Generalized Trauma
Foster Placement, DDD Population, Gang Involvement, Loss/Grief, School Refusal, Adoption, Suicidal Ideation, PTSD

Intensive in Community Counseling
Referrals are received directly from the Division of Children’s System of Care (CSOC) Contracted System Administrator (PerformCare) through its partners: Children’s Mobile Response and Stabilization Services and Care Management Organizations.
ORS provides the following FREE services through CSOC regardless of family’s financial or immigration status and/or insurance.: Individual and Family Therapy Behavioral Assistant Biopsychosocial (BPS) Strength and Needs Assessments
Group Therapy Workshops
ORS also provides a variety of 4-8 weeks FREE workshops through Flex Funds from Children’s Mobile Crisis Response Unit and Case Management Organization (CMO). Families not participating in any programs with CMRSS or CMO may also pay for these workshops using our sliding scale fees. Some of the workshops provided at the Community Center cover:
